Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia, abbreviated ALHE, is a rare skin pathology.

General

Clinical:

  • Skin papules or nodules.[2]
  • Location: usu. head and neck.

Microscopic

Features:[1]

  • Marked vascular proliferation.
  • Few lymphoid follicles.
  • Moderate eosinophils.

Negative:

  • No fibrosis.
