Cowper gland adenocarcinoma is a cancer of the bulbourethral gland.

General

  • Extremely rare - 9 reported cases in 2016.[1]

Microscopic

Features:[2]

  • Cribriform or trabecular or solid pattern.
  • Cytologically bland morphology.

IHC

  • CK7 +ve.
  • HWCK +ve.
  • PSA -ve.
  • PSAP -ve.
  • SMA -ve.
  • S-100 -ve.
