Scrotum occasionally comes across the desk of pathologists. It can be considered a skin specimen.

Aggressive angiomyxoma

Classically a vulvar lesion that may be seen in the scrotum.

Paratesticular liposarcoma

General

  • Rare - small series and case reports.[5]
  • Margin status - important predictor of outcome.[5]
  • May (clinically) mimic a testicular tumour.[6]
