Sinonasal teratocarcinosarcoma, abbreviated SNTCS is a rare malignant tumour of the neck and neck.
It is also known as teratoid carcinosarcoma and teratocarcinoma.[1]

General
- Estimated to be ~3% of head and neck malignancies.[2]
Gross
- Typically within nasal cavity/paranasal sinus.[2]
- May be related to mixed germ cell tumour - as it may have the isochromosome p12.
Microscopic
Features:
- Malignant teratoma and carcinosarcoma - includes following components:
- Epithelium.
- Mesenchyme.
- Primitive neuroectoderm.
