Mixed neuroendocrine-nonneuroendocrine neoplasm, abbreviated MiNEN, is rare malignant neuroendocrine neoplasm that is a subset of poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma.[1]

These tumours have gone by many different names - including:[2]
- Mixed adenoneuroendocrine carcinoma (MANEC).
- Signet ring cell carcinoid.
- Composite carcinoid-adenocarcinoma.
- Mixed adenocarcinoid tumour.
