Endometrial gland coiling is a benign change that can mimic endometrial hyperplasia.

Microscopic

Features:

• Glands appear stacked/focally crowded but there are large regular spaces between them.
• No nuclear atypia.

DDx:

• Complex endometrial hyperplasia.
• Secretory phase endometrium.
