Cerebral saccular aneurysm, commonly known as berry aneurysm, is vascular pathology associated with subarachnoid hemorrhage.

  1. Anterior communicating artery (ACA) ~40%.
  2. Middle cerebral artery (MCA) ~35%.
  3. Internal carotid artery (ICA) ~20%.
