TTF-1 negative

Left Supraclavicular Lymph Node, Biopsy:
     - SMALL CELL CARCINOMA, see comment:

Comment:
The tumour cells stain as follows:
POSITIVE: synaptophysin, CD56, CK7.
NEGATIVE: TTF-1, p63, CK5/6, CK20.

Small cell carcinoma of the lung that is NEGATIVE for TTF-1 exists but is uncommon. 
The possibility of a non-lung primary should be considered within the clinical context.
