Stomach, Antrum, Biopsy:
- Antral-type gastric mucosa with:
-- moderate chronic inflammation and focal active inflammation.
-- glandular tortuosity and smooth muscle hyperplasia (suggestive 
   of reactive gastropathy).
- NEGATIVE for Helicobacter-like organisms. 
- NEGATIVE for intestinal metaplasia.
- NEGATIVE for dysplasia and NEGATIVE for malignancy.
