Cerebral hematoma

Microscopic

The section shows dura, arachnoid and small fragments of pia matter with a fresh hematoma on the deep aspect of the dura.

Diagnosis

SUBDURAL MEMBRANE:
-FRESH HEMATOMA.
-NEGATIVE FOR MALIGNANCY.
