Only GEJ biopsy

Comment:
Correlation with the endoscopic findings and history is recommended.  

The findings would be compatible with gastroesophageal reflux or eosinophilic esophagitis. Pathologically, a mid esophagus biopsy would be useful to separate these. Clinically, a trial of anti-reflux medication may be useful.
