Right Kidney Mass, Core Biopsy:
- Clear cell renal cell carcinoma, ISUP nucleolar grade 2/4 (based 
  on biopsy), limited tumour tissue present
- Hemosiderin deposition, moderate
- No renal parenchyma identified
	
Comment:
The tumour stains as follows:
POSITIVE: Vimentin, PAX8, CD10 
NEGATIVE: CK7
