Scleroderma is a disease that keeps rheumatologists busy.

General

Clinical:

  • Anti-centromere antibody +ve.
    • Common in limited systemic scleroderma, AKA CREST Syndrome.
  • Scl-70 (topoisomerase I).
    • Common in diffuse scleroderma.
