SMARCA4-deficient sinonasal carcinoma is an emerging type of sinonasal carcinoma.[1]

Features:
- Poorly differentiated tumour with large or small cells.

- Sinonasal undifferentiated carcinoma (SNUC).
- Neuroendocrine carcinoma - small cell carcinoma and large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma.
- Teratocarcinosarcoma.
