Osteoma is a benign chondro-osseous tumour that may be seen in the context of familial adenomatous polyposis.

- Benign.
- May be associated with familial adenomatous polyposis.[1]
- Normal bone - unusual location/outgrowth.

- Correlation with radiologic findings is essential.
