The cyst lining cells are clear and eosinophilic and without prominent nucleoli. Cyst lining cells do not infiltrate the cyst wall. Benign remnants of renal parenchyma are not evident throughout the cyst walls. This lesion is both within the kidney and perinephric fat. | |||
