Lung blebs, also pulmonary belbs, are benign cystic lung lesions.[1]

General

  • Benign.

Gross

Cystic lesions:[2]

  • Bleb <=1 cm.
  • Bulla >1 cm, wall-thickness <= 1 mm.

Microscopic

Features:

  • Thin-wall cystic lesions.
