High-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia-like ductal adenocarcinoma of the prostate
High-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia-like ductal adenocarcinoma of the prostate, abbreviated PIN-like adenocarcinoma, is an uncommon type of prostate cancer that histomorphologically mimics HGPIN.

- May be confused with prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN).[3]

- Stratified malignant epithelium.
Note:
- Vaguely similar to a tubular adenoma of the colon.
