PRAME is an immunostain that is typically positive in malignant melanoma.[1]

General

  • PRAME is an acronym for PReferentially expressed Antigen in MElanoma.

Positive staining

  • 80-85% of primary melanomas.[1]
  • 85-90% of metastatic melanomas.[1]

  • Nuclear staining.
