Multicystic dysplastic kidney, abbreviated MCDK, is a cystic disease of the kidney. It is also known as multicystic renal dysplasia (abbreviated as MRD).[1]

- Kidney has multiple large cysts or differing sizes.
DDx:
- ARPKD - has less variability of cyst size.
