Separate nodule upgrading

Comment: The World Health Organization (WHO) grade (group) is: 4 out of 5.

Gleason pattern 3 represents 15% of the cancer, and Gleason pattern 4 represents 85% of the cancer. The Gleason pattern 4 is concentrated in a nodule at the apex; the overall grade is based on this (separate) nodule.
