SMARCA4-deficient sinonasal carcinoma is an emerging type of sinonasal carcinoma.[1]

Microscopic

Features:

  • Poorly differentiated tumour with large or small cells.

IHC

Features:[1]

  • SMARCA4 loss of staining - definitional.
  • CK5 -ve.
  • p63 -ve.
  • p16 -ve.
  • NUT -ve.
