Accessory nipple

Accessory nipple, also supernumerary nipple and polythelia, is a common benign congenital lesion that may mistaken for a nevus.

General

  • May be associated with increased rates of genitourinary malignancies.[1]

Gross

  • Pigmented lesion of chest along "milk line".

Skin Lesion, Left Chest, Excision:
     - Supernumerary/accessory nipple. 
     - NEGATIVE for malignancy.
