Endometrial gland coiling. (WC/Nephron)

Endometrial gland coiling is a benign change that can mimic endometrial hyperplasia.

Microscopic

Features:

  • Glands appear stacked/focally crowded but there are large regular spaces between them.
  • No nuclear atypia.
