Bosniak classification of renal cysts is a radiologic classification system for kidney cysts.

Bosniak II | 0% (11 cases) |
Bosniak III | 60% (29/59 cases) |
Bosniak IV | 100% (18/18 cases) |
Note:
- Bosniak II is split into II and IIF.[2]
- IIF have minimally suspicious features and should get follow-up imaging.
