Xanthogranulomatous lymphadenitis is an uncommon pathology of the lymph node.

General

Benign.
Uncommon.^[1]

Clinical:

Lymphadenopathy.

Clinical DDx:

Lymphoma.^[1]

Microscopic

Features:

Lymph node with non-necrotizing granulomas with a xanthomatous appearance.

DDx:

Lymphoma - clinical DDx.
Foreign body granuloma.
