Prostatic stromal sarcoma, abbreviated PSS, is a very rare malignant tumour that arises from the stroma of the prostate gland.

Features:

• Atypical spindle cells. (???)

DDx:

• Prostatic stromal tumour of uncertain malignant potential (STUMP).
• Other sarcomas.
• Carcinosarcoma of the prostate.
• Radiation changes.
