• Coffee bean nuclei are ellipsoid and have a central groove.

Classic differential diagnosis

• Granulosa cell tumour.
• Brenner tumour.

Others considerations

• Invasive ductal carcinoma of the pancreas.
• Langerhans cell histiocytosis.
• Papillary thyroid carcinoma. (???)
