Epstein-Barr virus-associated smooth muscle tumour is a very uncommon soft tissue lesion.[1]

Microscopic

Features:

  • Spindle cell lesion.

DDx:

IHC

  • SMA +ve
  • Desmin +ve/-ve.
  • CD34 -ve.
  • CD117 -ve.
