Kidney
The kidney is an important organ in the abdomen that does the following:
- Water balance & blood pressure regulation,
- Acid-base balance,
- Removes toxins/cleans the blood, and
- Produces hormones (e.g. erythropoietin).
Tumours

This is mostly the domain of urology.
