Xanthogranulomatous lymphadenitis is an uncommon pathology of the lymph node.

Clinical:
- Lymphadenopathy.
Clinical DDx:
Microscopic
Features:
- Lymph node with non-necrotizing granulomas with a xanthomatous appearance.
DDx:
- Lymphoma - clinical DDx of enlarged lymph node.
- Foreign body granuloma.

Micro
One lymph node with xanthogranulomatous inflammation is present; no necrosis is seen.
