The sections show skin with poorly circumscribed groups of bland dermal spindle cells with wavy nuclei and pale-eosinophilic cytoplasm. Mast cells are seen scattered through-out the lesion. There is no nuclear atypia. Mitotic activity is not appreciated. | |||
