Painful skin lesions
Painful skin lesions have a limited differential diagnosis.
Many are vascular (e.g. glomus tumour) or have a prominent vascular component (e.g. spiradenoma); think "throbbing blood vessels".
Several of are or neural origin; think "tweaked nerves".
