Adenocarcinoma of the rete testis, also rete testis adenocarcinoma, is a very rare malignant tumour of the testis.

Features:
- Adenocarcinoma:
- Tubular or papillary architecture.[1]
- Columnar cells with cigar-shaped nuclei.
