Pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia is mimic of squamous cell carcinoma.
It is seen in:
- Fungal infections.
- Inflammatory papillary hyperplasia.
- Granular cell tumour.
- Adjacent to an ulcer.
Microscopic
Features:
- Epidermal thickening.[1]
