Abernathy malformation
Etiology:
- Congenital shunt between portal vein and inferior vena cava.
Clinical:
- Hepatopulmonary syndrome.
- Pulmonary hypertension.
- Hepatorenal syndrome.
- Renal failure.
Treatment:
- May be treated with a liver transplant.[1]
