Summary

Description
English: High magnification micrograph of ground glass hepatocytes, as seen in a chronic hepatitis B infection with a high viral load. Liver biopsy. H&E stain.

Lipofuscin (fine brown/yellow granular pigment) is seen in several of the hepatocytes.
