Distal urethral cancers of the penis

Distal urethral cancers of the penis are very rare cancers.[1]

The main diagnostic considerations are:

IHC

Urothelial carcinoma versus squamous cell carcinoma:[3]

  • GATA-3 +ve in urothelial carcinoma.
  • GATA-3 -ve in squamous cell carcinoma.
