Pyloric gland adenoma is an uncommon gastrointestinal lesion.

Microscopic

DDx:

IHC

  • Ki-67 high.
  • MUC6 +ve.[3]
    • Negative in foveolar-type gastric adenomas.
  • MUC5AC +ve.[3]
