General
- Very rare.
Gross
- Usually left colon.
Microscopic
Features:[1]
- Serrated - essential.
- Eosinophilic cytoplasm - key feature.
- Nuclear atypia as in tubular adenoma.
- Nuclear hyperchromasia, enlargement and pseudostratification.
- Villous-like architecture.
