Adenomatoid odontogenic tumour is an odontogenic tumours.

General

  • Paedatric population, typically female.
  • Recurrences rare.[1]

Main clinical DDx:

Treatment:

  • Surgical enuclation.[1]

Gross

  • Usually maxilla.[1]

Microscopic

Features:

  • Palisaded nuclei.
  • Whorled epithelium.

Notes:

  • No stellate reticulum.

  • CK5 +ve.
  • CK19 +ve.
