Eosinophilic cystitis is a rare type of urinary bladder infection.[1]

General

  • Clinicopathologic diagnosis.[1]

Clinical findings:[1]

  • Urinary frequency.
  • Haematuria.
  • Dysuria.
  • Suprapubic pain.

Microscopic

Features:[1]

  • Urothelial mucosa with:

DDx:[1]

  • Identifiable infectious etiology, e.g. parasitic infection.
  • Chemotherapy related changes.
