Ber-EP4 is a commonly available immunostain.

Positive

Basal cell carcinoma.
Lung adenocarcinoma (55 of 59 cases^[1]).

Negative

Squmous cell carcinoma of the skin.
Malignant mesothelioma (18 of 70 cases^[1]).
