Adenocarcinoma of the urinary bladder, also primary adenocarcinoma of the urinary bladder, is a very uncommon malignant bladder tumour.

General

Clinical:

Microscopic

Features:

  • Nuclear pleomorphism.
  • Glandular differentiation.
  • No urothelial differentiation.[2]

DDx:

IHC

Features - variable:[3]

  • CK7 +ve.
  • CK20 +ve.
