Dietl's crisis

Dietl's crisis is episodic abdominal pain associated with hydronephrosis due to extrinsic pressure from an abberant artery[1] or renal displacement (nephroptosis).[2]

General

  • Clinicoradiologic diagnosis.
  • Treatment - pyeloplasty.[1]
