Pseudophakic bullous keratopathy, abbreviated PBK, a pathology of the eye that may be seen in Descemet's membrane specimens.

General

• Rare.
• Complication of cataract surgery.

Clinical:

• Eye pain.
• Corneal edema.

Microscopic

Features:

• Loss of endothelial cells (<600 cells/mm).
• Scarring (late).
• Neovascularization (late).
