Diffuse idiopathic pulmonary neuroendocrine cell hyperplasia, abbreviated DIPNECH, is an uncommon lung pathology that is considered pre-neoplastic by the WHO.[1]

  • Rare.

Gross

  • Multiple small pulmonary nodules.[1]
