The sections shows a polypoid lesion covered by a thin urothelium.  The urothelium has an unremarkable appearance; all of the following are absent: anisonucleosis, apparent proliferation, lack of maturation.  The core of the lesion is fibrous and edematous. Hemosiderin and siderophages are present.
