  • Pericardial cyst.
    • Rare 1 in 100,000
    • Typical location: right cardiophrenic angle.[2]

  • Uncommon.

Microscopic

Features:

  • Inflammatory cells:
    • Neutrophils.
    • Lymphocytes.
    • Plasma cells.
  • +/-Hemosiderin-laden macrophages.
