  • Melanocytic lesions in general, not only melanoma, may regress.[2][3]

Microscopic

Features:

  • +/-Fibrosis.
  • +/-Mucin.
  • +/-Inflammation.
  • +/-Histiocytes.

Colorectal carcinoma

There is a three tiered regression grading system by Ryan et al. for colorectal cancer.[4]

Ovarian carcinoma

This has been examined by McCluggage et al.[5]
